General Sales Conditions
Payment
The price charged by the hotel to the client is the price which was established at the time of the reservation.
All bills are to be paid to the hotel and in Euros.
Cancellation or Modification Costs
No costs for réservations cancelled or modified more than 3 days before the arrival date.
- Less than 3 days before the arrival date : 20% of the reservation will be charged (with a minimum of one night)
- For failure to show at the hotel (No Show): 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Room Occupation
Rooms are available for occupation at 2.00pm on the day of arrival - Rooms are to be vacated by 12.00pm on the day of departure - Possibility to leave luggage
Contestation
Any contestation related to reservations or charges will be brought before the Commerce Tribunal of Marseille.
